Many face to face studies normally takes place during office hours whereby through e-learning people will be able to reduce the disruption to the busy working schedules and they will be minimized. In working places workers will be happy with e-learning because there will be no need of travelling to the training centres. If they have important work to catch on they will be able to perform their duties and later catch up on their mandatory training.
