MOBILITY SHIFT AND CUSTOMERS ENGAGEMENT.

Mobility; is the situation where consumer can access information wherever you are . Engagement;; is the situation where a consumer engage directly simply because he or she can find any information or work through his or her device wherever he or she is.  This means that, mobility consumers they move with device at any place they are. This is to say that, as consumer now days are more advanced interns of technology and networking in general

As corporate communication manager, you are required to think differently because now days people are more shifted and engaged into the mobility information with various devices. By saying that as a corporate communication manager you are required to be a NEW ONE in every day of your life in the organization even out of the working place.

Because consumer now days are more new one in every day because of the digital or networking revolutions. Based on that points above, you as a new person also you need to be up-to-date in order for you to win them mind set and convince them to consume your products or services you offer or provides to them.

As a new person in the digital age,you are required to walk,talk,deal and sleep as a new digital personnel. By doing that, you will be able to win consumers within the country or international market in all levels.Consumers are demand more the use of mobility in order to connect and communicate with other consumers and know what is going on to other side through the use of devices.

This means that consumers need more than just consumer devices, force-fit into a work environment to transform products or services through access to information, better collaboration among public, familiar productivity applications and seamless access to mission critical flow of information solutions.

CONCLUSION.
The rise of mobility and social in the consumers engagement through technologies,networking or internet, consumers are now more powerful than ever. Because they are now connected and be able to find information in a seconds puts them in control of their own experience,and lead the corporate communication manager to have more ability on how to think wisely than your clients and how to engage with your customers in various ways and in different levels nationally and internationally.
